Mayonnaise - The OWTA Way!

This is my favorite mayonnaise for sandwiches. It's simple to make and keeps for a few weeks. I do this in my mixer but you can do it in your blender, too. See it on Youtube here

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp prepared mustard
2 cups light olive oil

Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients until well blended. While mixer is running on whip (high) pour oil in VERY SLOWLY. Drizzle! Continue to mix until all the oil is emulsified. Enjoy!

Play with the ingredients. Have some fun with your food!

Oat Cereal - The OWTA Way!

I love my cereal. Whether in the morning or an evening snack, I want it sweet and yummy! See it on Youtube here

preheat oven to 300 degrees

Ingredients:
1/2 cup honey
1/2 stick butter
3 cups oats
cinnamon (to taste)
raisins, dried cranberries, nuts, dried fruit chopped, etc.

Directions:
First heat honey and butter together in microwave or on stove top until butter is melted. Mix oats and honey mixture until well coated. Add cinnamon to taste.

Butter cookie sheet and spread oat mixture very thinly. Put in oven for 15 minutes.

Take out of oven and mix. Spread out again and return to oven for 10 minutes. Release the hounds to clean up the floor from mixing.

Remove from oven, put in raisins, dried cranberries, and/or anything else you want. Spread it out again to cool. Re-release the hounds for clean up duty.

Put in a container and store. YUM!

Add any dried fruit or nuts you want. Have fun with your food!
